Diane is working in Philly for a few weeks and she came over for dinner tonight before heading back to NYC. Had such a good time. Pancho and I made roasted chicken with garbanzo beans and cherry tomatoes with a spicy yogurt sauce. Mediterrean-y.
I don't have people over to my apartment very often because it is so small, so this was a nice treat. Really broke up the usual hum-drum weekday nights. Sent her on the train with freshmade blondies!
